Although, not sure how the “Do you love spam?” question flows… And I would recommend a responsive theme over WP Touch.

Other than that, these are some great questions small law firms should be asking themselves is they’re not using WordPress. Here are a couple more:

Do you want your site to be built on an open source platform so that you’re not beholden to some proprietary CMS?

Do you currently have the ability to update pages and posts on your site quickly without the assistance of a developer?

Do you want your site to perform well in search engines without having to know a bunch of code?

Do you want a flexible CMS that is supported by a huge global network of developers and programmers?

Do you want a CMS that regularly has new plugins added that greatly extend your site’s functionality?

I could go on, but I think you get the point…
