After a brief stint as a voluntary inactive member of the Michigan State Bar, I’m happy to announce that I’m once again, active and in good standing. Now that I’m once again an active member, it’s time to brush up on the Michigan Rules of Professional Responsibility. I’m particularly interested in any recent rule changes or opinions related to online activity. Once I have taken a look, I will report my findings back here. To me, existing ethics rules work just fine.
