Ever wonder how Google decides which ads to show you when you’re logged into gmail?

And if you click on the Ads Preference Manager link, you can see what Google infers about you. For example, Google thinks I’m 35-44 (pretty close at 33):

Interestingly, I have never clicked on an ad in gmail and wouldn’t hire an SEO from a gmail ad (of course there are many others who probably do and would).
